About Amy
A few years ago, I said “why not” to a personal development weekend—no days off work, just a chance to grow. What I didn’t expect was an experience that would completely shift how I show up in life and leadership.
In a room full of coaches and courageous conversations, I came face to face with a part of myself I had relied on to survive—especially in high-stakes, fast-paced technical environments. It showed up as bluntness, control, and intensity. It got results. But it also created friction, limited connection, and dimmed my ability to lead with authenticity.
The question that changed everything? *What would it look like if I didn’t rely on this tense side of myself to succeed?* That moment gave me permission to experiment—to explore a version of success that didn’t compromise softness, ease, or meaningful connection.
Since then, coaching has gone from curiosity to calling. I've deepened this work while staying rooted in the world I came from—supporting professionals in technical industries who, like I did, often feel caught between logic and emotion, performance and presence, voice and vulnerability.
Now I coach because I believe growth is better with a partner. Especially for those in data-driven, analytical, or engineering spaces—it can be hard to find someone who speaks your language *and* helps you break out of it when needed.
You don’t have to do this alone—and you shouldn’t have to. If you're ready to challenge your defaults, explore new ways of showing up, and rediscover what leadership feels like when it’s aligned with who you truly are, I’m here to walk with you. And yes, probably laugh with you, too.
Let’s see what we discover.
